Nail Love AZ Policies Cancellations & No-Shows: A 100% cancellation fee (equal to the full cost of your booked service) will apply to any no-call/no-show or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. Clients marked as a no-call/no-show more than twice will no longer be able to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or your service may be adjusted/shortened at the artist’s discretion depending on the schedule. Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service balance. Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay incur a 3.5% processing fee. No fee for Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or Cash 💵. ✨ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your respect for these policies allows me to provide the best service for all clients.
